Credit and Refunds

Milton Ernest Garden Centre Limited will only give refunds if goods are faulty.  Where refunds are due over the value of £5 these will be posted as a company cheque, except for refunds on the online store which will be made to the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods.  Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.  We are not required by law to issue refunds if you change your mind.  In this instance a Milton Ernest Gift Voucher will be given.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
